The same applies to all the outdoor spaces we have at our disposal, corners that are the protagonists in the different moments of each event. Our centenary oak tree, the largest wooden hórreo in Galicia: elements that cannot be described in words or pictures.
The love for Galician stone, for nature, for gastronomy and for parties are the roots of Pazo de Cores. It is wonderful to be able to work in line with this philosophy.
In any case, a space is of little use without its soul, without its own identity. This is what we create with the help of the people who choose us and become part of our family.
Carmen and Pablo are the heart of Cores. They are the family that keeps this Pazo alive and that, by opening its doors, shows that professionalism has a lot to do with proximity.

Nobody knows your home as you do. One of our main qualities is the possibility of taking care of all the needs of a special event, of those details that make it unique.
Susana is responsible for connecting all the pieces of the puzzle, making sure that the decoration rises up to the occasion and knowing how to adapt a space with as much character and history as our Pazo.
If a place can have a heart, this means that it can also have two. This is what happens in Cores. Verónica is a very important part of this project. Her cuisine, a communion between traditional and avant-garde gastronomy, is as attractive as our centenary oak tree.
With her you will be able to design a menu that will adapt perfectly to the event you are looking for. For us it is essential that the whole staff and the clients design all the pieces together.
