I have been a constant traveller in my cuisine and, for this reason, I cannot define it as a traditional cuisine. What I can say is that it is faithful to the product and attached to the land.


In me, you will find involvement, enthusiasm to evolve, to improve and, above all, a lot of respect and love for the profession


Local and seasonal products are our raw material.

They go perfectly with our environment: with the silence, the fresh air and the spring water.

Every event is different.
So is every menu

Although weddings are our specialty, they are not the only  type of events we do. We avoid the typical strategy of repeating the same menu for different types of clients and for different times of the year.


The search for flavour, for optimising resources, for offering a presentation that is in keeping with the environment in which we are located are values that continue to motivate us. We know that the Pazo and the nature that surrounds it are priceless jewels, just as we also know that Verónica’s cuisine is capable of eclipsing them and leaving a taste in the mouth that is hard to forget. This is confirmed by many of those who have placed their trust in us.
